By downloading or playing StratoshiVibes Bull Run ("the game"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

The game

StratoshiVibes Bull Run is a free arcade racing game for entertainment. It has no advertising, and no prizes, tokens, or rewards of any monetary value. The tokens you collect while driving are in-game points used to unlock car paints; they are not cryptocurrency and cannot be bought, sold, or withdrawn. Optional extras can be bought in the Shop (see below). Times, stars, records and extras have no value outside the game.

Not financial advice

The game uses crypto-culture names and artwork for fun. Track names such as "Bull Market" or "Capitulation" are themes, not market commentary. Nothing in the game is financial, investment, or legal advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the game, including by attempting to disrupt it, tampering with results sent to the ranking, reverse engineering it for harmful purposes, or using it in a way that breaks the law.

Wallet connection

Connecting a wallet is optional. The game reads your public address to check whether you hold StratoshiVibes Vol.1 Degens, which unlocks a holder-only car paint. It asks your wallet for a signature only when you join the ranking (one plain message, not a transaction) or buy an extra in the Shop (one transfer). You are responsible for the security of your own wallet and for reviewing anything your wallet asks you to approve.

Optional purchases

The Shop offers the Supporter Garage: four premium car paints (Chrome, Gold Leaf, Candy and Neon Mint). They change only how your car looks and give no advantage in races. The price is set in US dollars and converted to SKR, SOL or USDC at the market price when you pay. Paying with SKR gives a discount shown before you pay.

Each purchase is one transfer from your wallet to the StratoshiVibes wallet, with a short note on the blockchain naming the item. You approve it in your own wallet. Network fees are paid by you. Payments on the blockchain are final and cannot be reversed by us.

Extras are delivered right away. Before paying, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the extra is delivered. This does not affect your other rights under the law, including if an extra you paid for is not delivered: in that case, contact us with the transaction link.

Purchases are saved on your device. They can be restored on another device with "Restore purchases", using the same wallet. Extras have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

Ranking

Joining the ranking is optional and has no prizes or rewards of any value. Results are sent by your device and may be removed if they look tampered with or break these terms. The weekly boards start over every Monday.

Intellectual property

The StratoshiVibes name, the Bull Run name, the cars, tracks and the game's design are owned by StratoshiVibes. You may share screenshots and videos of your gameplay. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the game or its artwork without permission. The Solana-style token symbol refers to the Solana network and belongs to its owners. The game uses three.js (MIT licence).

Availability and changes

The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may update, change, or discontinue the game or these terms at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, StratoshiVibes is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the game, including loss of saved progress.
